TSQ CLUB POLICY
THE TSQ NIGHTCLUB WORKS IN ASSOCIATION WITH THE LOCAL COUNCIL AND THE POLICE TO ENSURE A SAFE AND ENJOYABLE NIGHT OUT FOR ALL. WE HAVE A ZERO-TOLERANCE APPROACH TO ANTISOCIAL BEHAVIOUR AND OUR SECURITY STAFF ARE TRAINED TO DEAL WITH ALL CIRCUMSTANCES.

Entry Criteria:

  • Door opens at 10:00 PM (LAST ENTRY AT 2:00 AM)

  • Entry Fee: Starting from £25 per guest (amount depends on table reservation and event type)

  • Student Night: Starts from £15 before 11:00 PM

  • Walk-In Entry: No advance ticket sales unless specified on our events page

  • Arrive Early: We recommend arriving early to avoid disappointment due to long lines, especially during peak hours.

ID Requirements:

  • Minimum Age: 18+ (unless stated otherwise)

  • ID Required: Physical, valid, government-issued ID (e.g., photo card, driving licence, passport, or PASS card with hologram)

  • False ID: Confiscated and handed to the police; entry refused

Dress Code:

  • Smart, stylish, and fashionable attire; priority entry for those who dress well

  • Acceptable: Appropriate jeans, t-shirts, branded trainers

  • Not Permitted: Tracksuits, pyjamas, Crocs, sportswear

  • Extremely Revealing Clothing: Overly sheer, low-cut, very short, or excessively revealing attire may result in denied entry

  • Entry at staff discretion; no refunds for dress code non-compliance

Alcohol Policy:

  • Responsible Drinking: We may limit alcohol service to any guest approaching intoxication

  • Outside Alcohol: Drinking alcohol outside with the intent to enter may result in denied entry

  • Banned Substances: Nitrous oxide (balloons) and other prohibited items are not allowed and will be confiscated

Search Policy:

  • Right to Search: All guests must agree to searches upon entry or as required

  • Refusal to be searched results in denied entry without a refund

  • Zero tolerance on drugs: Suspicion of drug use or possession leads to search and removal

  • Offensive items or drugs found: Guests will be detained and reported to the police

Entry Refusal:

  • Management discretion applies

  • Intoxicated individuals may be denied entry or service

  • Unauthorised Entry Attempts: Attempts to sneak in additional people will result in revoked entry for all involved

Noise Policy:

  • Guests must leave quietly and respect our neighbours and community

​

Lost & Found Policy:

  • Lost items are managed with retrieval guidelines. Fees may apply. Items are kept for a limited time before disposal

​

Coat Room Policy:

  • A cloakroom is available for all guests, and tables

  • The club is not responsible for lost or stolen items left in the cloakroom.

Club Rules:

  • Respect for all guests, staff, and members is required

  • Zero tolerance for anti-social behaviour

  • Zero Tolerance for Racism and Abusive Language: Any such behaviour leads to removal without refund

  • Large bags and overcoats must be placed in the cloakroom (not responsible for loss or damage)

  • Smoking is prohibited inside; designated area outside only

  • Non-refundable: All prepaid/paid tickets and packages

  • All promotions, offers, early-entry deals, or complimentary items are subject to availability.

  • Promotions cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, or special offer.

  • Management reserves the right to amend or withdraw promotions at any time without notice.
