TSQCLUB POLICY
ENTRY CRITERIA
- Doors open at 10:00 PM. Entry fee starts from £25 per guest (amount varies based on table reservations and event type).
- Walk-in entry available. No advance ticket sales unless stated on our events page.
ID POLICY
- Minimum age for entry is 18, unless otherwise specified.
- You must present an original, valid government-issued photo ID, such as a driving license, passport, or PASS identification card with the PASS hologram.

- False IDs will be confiscated and handed to the police. Entry will be refused.
DRESS CODE
- Dress to impress: Smart, stylish, and fashionable attire encouraged. Priority entry for those who dress well.
- Permitted: Appropriate jeans, t-shirts, and branded trainers.
- Not Permitted: Tracksuits, pyjamas, Crocs, or sportswear.
- Extremely revealing clothing (e.g. overly sheer, low-cut, very short, or excessively exposed attire) may result in denied entry. We aim to maintain a classy, elegant environment.
- Entry is at staff discretion. No refunds for dress code non-compliance.
ALCOHOL POLICY
- Responsible drinking: We reserve the right to limit alcohol service to guests appearing intoxicated.
- Outside alcohol: Guests seen drinking outside with the intent to enter may be refused entry.
- Banned substances (e.g. nitrous oxide/balloons): Not allowed and will be confiscated.
FILMING & PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY
- Consent to Recording
By entering TSQ CLUB premises, all guests acknowledge and consent to being photographed and/or recorded via video and audio. These recordings may be used by TSQ CLUB for promotional, marketing, or other related purposes, either immediately or at a future date.
- Release of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, guests waive any and all claims against TSQ CLUB relating to the use of their likeness, voice, or image as captured during their time on the premises. TSQ CLUB is not liable for any resulting claims, damages, or liabilities.
- Right of Use
Guests grant TSQ CLUB, its affiliates, successors, and assigns, the unrestricted right to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and publish any images, recordings, or likenesses captured during the event. This includes usage across all media formats and platforms.
- Authority to Consent
By entering the venue, guests confirm they have full legal authority to grant the above permissions and consents on their own behalf or on behalf of any minors or dependents accompanying them.
- Concerns or Opt-Out Requests
Guests with concerns about this policy should speak to a member of staff upon arrival. While we aim to accommodate reasonable requests, entry into the venue constitutes acceptance of this policy.
SEARCH POLICY
- All guests are subject to search upon entry or as deemed necessary for safety.
- Refusal to be searched will result in denied entry without refund.
- Zero tolerance on drugs: Suspicion of use or possession will lead to search and removal.
- Offensive or illegal items found will be confiscated, and the individual may be detained and reported to police
ENTRY REFUSAL
- Entry is at the discretion of management.
- Guests appearing intoxicated may be denied entry or service.
- Unauthorized entry attempts (e.g. sneaking others in) will result in denied entry for all involved.
NOISE POLICY
- Please leave quietly and respectfully to avoid disturbing our neighbours and the surrounding community.
LOST & FOUND POLICY
- Items found will be held with retrieval procedures in place. Associated fees may apply.
- Items will be kept for a limited time before disposal.
COAT ROOM POLICY
- Cloakroom service is available for guests and table holders.
- TSQ CLUB is not responsible for any lost or stolen items left in the coat room.
CLUB RULES
- All guests must treat others, including staff and fellow guests, with respect.
- Zero tolerance for anti-social
behaviour, racism, or abusive language. Offenders will be removed without refund.
- Large bags and overcoats must be checked into the cloakroom. We are not liable for loss or damage.
- Smoking is prohibited indoors. A designated smoking area is located at the front entrance.
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
- All prepaid or paid tickets and table reservations are non-refundable.
HEALTH & SAFETY POLICIES
- Unattended items or drinks will be removed for safety.
- Falls on premises: Guests must be assessed by a first aider before continuing their night.
