TERMS AND CONDITIONS CLUB POLICY

This document outlines the terms, conditions, and venue policies for TSQ Club. Please read these thoroughly before booking any product, service, or table package via our website, team, or venue.

TSQ Club works in strict association with the local council and the Metropolitan Police to ensure a safe, high-energy, and enjoyable night out for all. We operate a zero-tolerance approach to antisocial behaviour.

 

SECTION 1: JUNE RESIDENCY — "MIDNIGHT RUSH" SPECIAL TERMS

These clauses apply specifically to our Friday and Saturday Midnight Rush events running throughout June.

  • No Pre-Booked Entry Tickets: General admission tickets cannot be purchased online or pre-booked. All general entry is handled strictly at the door on the night on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Scan-Time Pricing Rule: Entry fees are dynamic and calculated based on your exact scan time at the club reception. Arriving early is highly recommended to lock in the best available rate before midnight hits.

  • Staff Professionalism & Bribery Zero-Tolerance: Guests are strictly prohibited from engaging in unauthorized financial transactions with staff members, including security. Giving unauthorized cash tips/bribes to door staff, or engaging in inappropriate personal conduct with staff on the premises, will result in immediate ejection and a permanent venue ban with no exceptions.

​SECTION 2: CAPACITY RESTRICTIONS & PRIORITY ACCESS DISCLAIMER

To prevent misunderstandings regarding our door management, queue times, and premium entry options, guests must note the following operating guidelines:​

​

1. Strict Legal Capacity & Entry Selection: TSQ Club operates under strict local authority health, safety, and fire capacity limits.

  • The "Floor Space" Misunderstanding: Please note that the visible volume or comfort of space on the dancefloor or smoking area does not dictate our entry flow. Once our legal head-count limit is met, our team is bound by law to enforce a strict "one-in, one-out" policy. We must remain highly selective at the door to maintain public safety inside.

2. The Priority Pass (£50): The standard general admission queue can become heavily congested during peak operating hours (23:00 to 01:00).

  • The Priority Pass (£50) is an entirely optional premium crowd-control service designed purely for guests who wish to bypass the standard queue.

  • Purchasing a Priority Pass is never mandatory for entry; it is a convenience-based tier. General admission guests who choose to wait in the standard queue will be processed as safely and efficiently as legal capacity permits. Verbal abuse or accusations of unfair wait times directed at door staff regarding this system will not be tolerated.

SECTION 3: ARRIVAL, ENTRY & REFUND POLICY
 

1. Strict No-Refund Policy: All sales, service fees, and table bookings are final and 100% non-refundable. No refunds will be  issued under any circumstances, including:

  • Arrival after specified cut-off times.

  • Being refused entry or ejected due to lack of ID, dress code violations, intoxication, or antisocial behaviour.

2. Timings: * Club doors open at 10:00 PM.

  • Last entry is strictly at 02:00 AM.

  • Re-entry to the premises is not permitted once you leave. If you choose to leave and wish to return, the entry fee must be repaid in full.

  • Re-entry from the designated smoking area is not permitted after 02:40 AM.​

3. Right of Refusal: Club entry and service remain entirely at the absolute discretion of management and security at all times.

SECTION 4: AGE VERIFICATION & SEARCH POLICY

1. Age Requirement: TSQ Club is a strict 18+ venue.

2. Physical ID Mandatory: All guests must provide a valid, physical photo ID upon entry. The only acceptable forms of ID are a valid Driving License, Passport, Electoral Card, or National ID.

  • Note: Digital copies, photos on phones, or photocopies will strictly NOT be accepted. No ID, No Entry, No Refund.

3. Mandatory Search: Every person entering the venue must undergo a mandatory security search as a condition of entry for the health and safety of themselves, fellow customers, and staff. Offensive weapons, illegal substances, or unauthorized items will not be allowed inside.

4. Guest Lists: Please note that being on a promoter or venue guest list does not automatically guarantee entry; venue policies, dress codes, and capacity limits still apply.

SECTION 5: DRESS CODE & CLOAKROOM POLICY
  1. Unsuitable Attire: Football shirts, sportswear, tracksuits, or any clothing of a heavily soiled or untidy nature will be deemed unsuitable for admission.

  2. Men's Dress Code Restrictions: Vest T-shirts and shorts are strictly prohibited for male guests. T-shirts containing political, offensive, or unsavoury statements are not permitted.

  3. Footwear: Slippers, flip-flops, and sandals are strictly prohibited. Female guests must wear high heels or appropriate smart evening footwear.

  4. Cloakroom Rules: All large bags, backpacks, and heavy winter jackets must be deposited at the cloakroom upon arrival.

  5.  Liability: Management is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misplaced items within the venue.

SECTION 6: BEHAVIOR, DRUGS & CRIMINAL CONVICTIONS

  1. Criminal Record Restrictions: Any person who has knowingly been prosecuted for the use, supply, or intent to supply drugs or has been convicted of Actual Bodily Harm (ABH), shall be refused entry to the venue.

  2. Illegal Substances: No selling, supplying, taking, or possessing of any illegal substances or drugs will be tolerated. Anyone found in possession will be detained, reported to the police, and permanently banned.

  3. Intoxication: Any person showing signs of drunkenness or under the influence of drugs will be denied entry. Any patron inside the venue who becomes a danger to themselves or others due to alcohol consumption will be immediately escorted off the premises.

  4. Glass & Bottle Safety: Customers are strictly prohibited from dancing on the dance floor with bottles/glasses, or taking glasses and bottles into the toilets, outside the venue, or into the smoking area.

  5. Disorderly Conduct & Vandalism: Customers must not behave in a disorderly manner, provoke fights, or cause willful damage to club property. Vandalism will result in immediate prosecution and billing for damages.

  6. Smoking & Vaping: Smoking and vaping (electronic cigarettes) are strictly prohibited inside the indoor venue. Smoking is permitted only in the designated outdoor area, which is limited to a maximum of 10 people at any one time.

  7. Dispersal: Upon leaving the premises, guests must exit quietly and respect our neighbors and local residential community.
